The hotel is situated in a perfect location, right in the heart of downtown and close to all major attractions in San Francisco. The rooms are clean, although they feel a bit outdated. While the service was generally fine, I experienced issues with staff entering my room unannounced. The breakfast spread is impressive with a wide variety, but some dining aspects could improve. Overall, the price is fair considering the central location and the amenities offered.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. The room was pretty ordinary, and I felt like it could have offered more for the price. The service was a mix: while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others came off as rude. The location was decent, but it gets a bit sketchy at night, especially around Market Street. Overall, it was affordable, but I expected a bit more comfort and amenities.
